“Out of the box” Rational Team Concert does not support recurring Tasks. But sometimes it would be a great feature – e. g. for IT-based tasks like “Start backup”.
Within this series we will show a practical solution how you can implement recurring tasks within Rational Team Concert. The series will have multiple parts:

At the end you will have a good starting point for enhancing the extensions on your own and implement your own needs.
We will use version 6.0.5 for this series – but you can also implement this functionality in earlier versions of RTC.
